How to give One-Time Gift (online / check)

Please click HERE to print out the donation form. For one-time giving, please fill out only the left side.

You can make your check payable to JEMS. Please do not write Jon & Maki’s name anywhere on the check, the donor form will let JEMS know to designate the funds to our account.

There are amount option buttons and a “Donate” button on the right side of the screen above. Please choose the amount and click “Donate”.

You will see a menu from which you can choose a dollar amount, choose one-time or recurring (weekly, monthly, quarterly / annually), notes etc. When you’re done filling the form, please click “Donate”.

You will see the screen below. If the amount is right, please click “Checkout”.

You will see the screen below. Please fill the information and click “Continue” button.

You will see the screen below. Please choose whether you want to cover the 3% transaction fee to 100% of your donation goes to the organization or not. And fill the payment information. When you’re done, please double check this page if it’s all correct once more, and click “Complete Transaction” button. And…you’re done! Thank you!
